| Duties: |
The Chemical Dependency Technician provides pertinent feedback to the interdisciplinary treatment team regarding patient response to treatment interventions that assists in the development and revision of the treatment plan. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
High School Degree or equivalent; degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, or appropriate therapeutic discipline, preferred.
Two (2) years of related experience with a knowledge of addictions preferred.
Must maintain a valid Indiana driver's license.

| Hours: |
Full Time - Evenings
32 hours a week
Includes every other weekend.
