| Duties: |
The Adolescent Guidance Specialist (AGS) is responsible for providing direct patient care in compliance with the Mission of Fairbanks, The Joint Commission and other licensing agencies standards of care for adult and/or adolescent patients with chemical dependency issues. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
Reqired knowledge and understanding of chemical dependency
Bachelor's degree in health care related field preferred.
Experience working with adolescents.
Must have valid Indiana driver's license.

| Hours: |
Two positions:
Full Time
7:30am-3:30pm
Tues. – Sat.
Full time
1:30pm-11:30pm
Sun, Mon, Tues, Fri
